Insulin numbers!

I had my insulin checked right before my surgery. My number was 75 (that's high) so my surgeon was worried about that number, so he had them check my number last Monday. I just heard from his office and my number has gone down to 11!!!!! I am so excited. Now I don't have to do meds for it. I am still holding at my 30 lbs but I am exercising more now and hopefully I will be dropping more soon. I am on most regular food as long as I chew enough and choose healthy options. Everything is going well.
